Welcome to TOTEMOOD.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and stress-free.


1. General Information

TOTEMOOD sells physical tote bags only.

  • Orders are placed through our website

  • Orders are confirmed via a third-party confirmation company

  • WhatsApp is used only for customer support and promotional offers

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms.


2. Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases are open to customers of any age.
If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for approving and overseeing the purchase.


3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation

  • Prices and order details are clearly displayed before checkout

  • Orders must be confirmed by our confirmation partner to be processed

  • Payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD) only

  • Payment is made at the time of delivery

TOTEMOOD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect information, failed confirmation, or suspected misuse.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available only within Morocco

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Casablanca: 2–3 business days

    • Outside Casablanca: 5–7 business days

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped

  • Orders placed after 6 PM may be canceled until 6 PM the following day

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible through our support channels


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from TOTEMOOD.

Eligible Cases Only

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong size

  • The printing does not match your order

  • There is a printing or sizing defect

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Normal wear and tear

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in like-new condition

  • Original packaging is required

  • Photo proof must be provided before approval

If the issue is our responsibility, we will cover return shipping.
Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if conditions are not met.


7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspection

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


8. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images.
Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screens, or production processes.


9. Limitation of Liability

TOTEMOOD is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions or public holidays

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.


10. Communication & Support

  • Order placement and confirmation are handled via the website and confirmation company

  • WhatsApp is used exclusively for customer support and new deals
